Camping Ettelbrück is situated on a hill next to a residential area, a 15-minute walk away from the vibrant town centre. An excellent starting point from which to explore the Luxembourg Ardennes!

The reception and other central facilities such as the sanitary facilities and the playground are located at the entrance of the campsite. You will immediately notice the beautiful view. There is a small restaurant at the reception with a large terrace, serving vegetarian and regional dishes. You can also buy fresh bread here in the mornings. The grounds are full of trees and bushes. The caravans and tents are situated on grass pitches. You will also find four safari tents on the grounds. There are two shower blocks, which include sanitary facilities for the disabled, a drying area and a baby room.

Fun for the children

The campsite is very popular with hikers and people looking for peace and quiet. Young families like to come here as well, because of facilities such as the playground.

Harvest what you need from the herb and vegetable garden

The campsite is convivial and welcoming. There is a communal herb and vegetable garden, and games are available on loan at the small library. A small-scale entertainment programme is also available for all ages, and you can take part in organised day trips. For shopping and groceries, you can visit Ettelbruck which is accessible either on foot or by bus (the bus stops in front of the campsite).

Disliked - De weg omhoog van het dorp naar de camping is prima te lopen, als het niet zo heet is...

Liked - Personeel is vriendelijk kunnen je ook verstaan spreken meerdere talen.. ik had een goede plek.
Disliked - Viel een boom om op de tent. Schade is netjes vergoed en is goed afgehandeld.

Liked - Vanuit het park mooie wandelingen maken.
Handig dat er een station in het stadje was zodat je gratis met trein kon reizen naar Luxemburg stad en omgeving.
Disliked - We misten een zwembad. Voor tieners niet veel te doen. Je hoorde wel veel geluid van verkeer achter de camping. Er is geen campingwinkel (broodjes en ijsje zijn wel te halen).

Fijne rustige camping. Geschikt voor alle leeftijden. Voorzien van klimtoestellen, jeu de boules baan, pingpongtafel etc. Sanitair was niet altijd even schoon helaas, douches zijn overstroomd doordat het water niet weg kon. Personeel is vriendelijk maar weet weinig te vertellen over de omgeving. Eten was prima, maar wel aan de vettige kant. Plaats mag je zelf uitzoeken, van schaduw tot zon plekken. Veel ruime plekken voor grote tent of caravan met auto erbij, en ook kleine plekken voor campers of trekkerstentjes met fiets of motor. Extra auto\'s kunnen op de parkeerplaats staan. De grond is enorm hard, dus moesten nog pinharingen bij kopen. Wifi is alleen beschikbaar in de buurt van de receptie via een niet beveiligde verbinding! In deze periode stonden er ook 5 Engelse travellers gezinnen die steeds meer ruimte innamen en best luidruchtig waren. Verder een rustige vakantie gehad daar. Het stadje Ettelbruck is ca 20 minuten lopen. De omgeving is heel mooi en goed bereikbaar met gratis openbaar vervoer. Vanaf de camping kun je met de bus (iedere 2 uur) in 10 minuten naar het station. Vanaf het station zijn ongeveer alle plaatsen in omgeving te bereiken via bus of trein.

Heel fijne camping. Wij stonden aan de rand van de camping met prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving. Het sanitair was goed schoon. Veel Coronamaatregelen zoals desinfectie en zeep. Vriendelijk personeel. In het restaurant lekker (Glutenvrij) gegeten.
