Camping ligt op een mooie locatie op de drie Provincien punt.Zeer vriendelijk mensen.Prachtige wandelgebied, allartsoog (heide) en de bossen van Bakkeveen.Geweldig fiets omgeving.

Hier vind je geen hectiek maar uitsluitend 'rust' waar menigeen soms zo naar verlangt.Geen disco, geen jengelende kids, geen herrie.M.n. 's nachts hoor je niets, geen autoverkeer, geen treinverkeer, hooguit mijn 'lief' die af en toe snurkt.Een meer dan uitstekend restaurant, zeker voor campingbegrippen, want dat moet gezegd.Ook visliefhebbers kunnen hier hun hengel uitgooien, en dat ook nog eens zonder vergunning.Wat betreft het fietsen/wandelen, minimaal 18 fietsroutes zijn gratis verkrijgbaar aan de receptie.Ook de diverse wandelroutes zijn geweldig, zo vanaf de camping hup de natuur in.

Een bekend gegeven voor camperbezitters. Er is geen ontvangst via de satellietschotel op het dak van de camper. Een boom staat in de weg. De oplossing is b.v. vaak 20 cm. vooruit of 30 cm. achteruit. Dat gaat op deze camping niet zomaar. Na aankomst wordt de plaats aangewezen en bijna op de millimeter nauwkeurig moet deze worden ingenomen. Iets verzetten, ook met met instemming van de buren, is niet aan de orde. Want zo stelt de eigenaresse, het is onze camping en wij bepalen de gang van zaken. Niet de gast, ook niet zijn of haar buren. Pffff. Het bederft een beetje het vakantiegevoel. Het is dus zeker nodig, minimaal een aanrader, om alles vooraf goed af te spreken en vast te leggen. Het is overigens een heel mooie camping in een prachtige omgeving. Alles klopt, iets meer souplesse op het genoemde onderwerp zou echter bijzonder welkom zijn.

Een hele mooie camping in een prachtige omgeving, vriendelijke eigenaar, schone toilet en douche faciliteiten, fantastisch restaurant. En voor de visser prachtige visvijvers.
