Campsite De Krabbeplaat is a perfect spot for a camping holiday by the water. This family campsite with own beach and private harbour is located directly on Lake Den Briel. From here, it is only a fifteen minute drive to the Maasvlakte beach on the North Sea. There are all sorts of activities for the entire family on the campsite. While the children jump around on the bouncy castle or play a game of soccer at the water's edge, you can shows off your skills at a game of tennis. Or get onto the water: learn waterskiing or explore Lake Den Briel in a boat.

Separate touring pitches
With some 360 permanent pitches, the campsite relies mainly on its annually returning guests. However, you will not be bothered by this as a touring camper. Almost seventy touring pitches are located on grassy fields on a separate section of the campsite, apart from the permanent pitches. Are you here without camping equipment? If so, the luxury and fully furnished safari tents or the cosy trekker huts will appeal to you.
Lake Den Briel
Campsite De Krabbeplaat is located directly on the banks of Lake Den Briel. A section of the lake is demarcated for swimmers and you can get further onto the water in a rowing boat, sailing boat or canoe from the water ski school. If you want to bring your own boat, you can moor it in the private harbour of the campsite. You can also cast a line without being disturbed. There are separate fishing jetties on the lake.
For children
Theatre shows, treasure hunts, sports tournaments: entertainment for children is offered on a large scale on the campsite. Additionally, besides the playground and sports fields, there is a petting zoo with deer and goats and children can race around the camping grounds in go-carts.
