We loved this site as we could cycle into Plasencia across the old pedestrian bridge and wander around the town - seeing the storks nesting on the cathedral - and then cycle to a huge Carrefour for supplies - beautiful profusion of birds and we even saw a kingfisher - we will definitely return - very peaceful

We used this as a one night stopover rather than our usual Caceres site. Nothing wrong with the site, just had an odd feeling to it! A lot of long stay residents. Good toilet facilities. A bit out of Plasencia. Ok for a one nighter. Peter Caceres with its en-suite facilities.

We stayed for one night and wouldn\'t choose to go back other than if we were desperate for a stopover. The site is dominated by long term \'residents\'. Toilets and showers were very clean. It was resonably easy to find. We used our ACSI card, didn\'t have electricity and we were charged extra for 2 dogs.

Greeted by friendly staff on arrival. Pitch fine, and we could choose any free pitch. There were hardly any tourers and very many static units obviously there for the season or longer. Toilets spotless. Pool excellent anc well kept gardens surrounding pool. Cafe and bar fine but we only had coffee.
