From NL: E17 exit 12, follow N47 left. Take 1st exit N445 on 3rd roundabout. Take 2nd exit on 1st and 2nd roundabouts. Left after 2 km to camp site. From France: E17 exit 11, follow N449 left. Take the N445 left at T junction. 2nd exit on roundabout after 7 km. Camp site 500 metres on the right.

Als Ausgangspunkt für Stadtbesichtigungen Gent und Brüssel günstig gelegen. Das Container waschhaus ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.

De camping staat niet goed aangegeven in de aanrijroute maar even goed opletten anders ben je er voorbij. Een rustige, gastvriendelijke camping met fijne ruime plaatsen. Sanitair is prima en zeer schoon. Fietsen in de omgeving is prima en Gent op 25 km met de fiets is te doen. Supermarkten en (veel) restaurants op 5 min afstand van de camping. Voor een paar dagen zeker een aanrader.

We hebben in de periode van augustus dit jaar 10 nachten op deze camping verbleven.
Wat de ligging betreft was dat goed, je kon op loopafstand naar het Donkmeer gaan.
Wat de netheid van de camping betreft die was zeer goed en proper. Sanitair mooi en proper.

This was a lovely small site. It's busy and there were many people who were obviously using it as a base for visiting the cities as we were. We had prebooked but when we arrived we struggled to find a pitch. Eventually the owner directed us to a pitch behind a row of parked cars which wasn't ideal as we are a motorhome! However, when people packed up the following day there was no problem with us changing pitch.The facilities were a little stretched when the campsite was full but there were alternative facilities near the reception area which we discovered and that few people seemed to use. The owner was very helpful about information regarding the local area and visiting the cities. The immediate area around the lake is lovely and an easy walk from the site.
