We hebben op deze camping voor één nacht een trekkershut gehuurd. Erg vriendelijke beheerder die ons hartelijk ontving en veel uitleg gaf over de omgeving. Trekkershut ziet er netjes uit en het sanitair is vlakbij de hut. De bakker en de supermarkt zijn op loopafstand.

Deze knusse camping ligt tussen Zele en Berlare. De ontvangst was prima, evenals de voorzieningen. Op loopafstand ligt het Donkmeer waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen en fietsen. De plekken op de camping zijn ruim en het sanitair is proper.

Zeer mooie en rustige camping die gelegen is aan het fietsroutenetwerk. Hier kan men heerlijk fietsen langs bijvoorbeeld De Schelde en De Dender. Tevens op fietsafstand van Dendermonde en Lokeren. Er zijn een groot warenhuis en bakkers op wandelafstand. De Lidl is op fietsafstand.

Wij zijn nog tijdens de normale periode op deze camping geweest. Toch is er niets te zeggen over de vriendelijkheid en hulpzaamheid van de beheerder en zijn vrouw. De toiletvoorzieningen kunnen echter iets beter. Deze zijn deels gesloten en wat er open is zit bij elkaar; een ruimte met douche, wastafel en wc. In de lucht van een ander je wassen, douchen of je tandenpoetsen of je zelf 'ledigen' in de vochtigheid van een ander. Het is waar je voor kiest. En dan was er nog dat "bijzondere" tarief. Dit zal de stroom zijn geweest.

Het meeste sanitair is sterk verouderd en het is te weinig voor het aantal kampeerplaatsen. Dit wordt wel goed schoongehouden. Toilet, douche en wastafel zijn in een ruimte. De ene keer kon je naar het toilet in een zeer vochtige ruimte en een andere keer kon je in de toiletgeuren van een ander douchen.
