Leave the A2/E314 at exit 33 in the direction of Lanaken. At the roundabout go straight ahead and after 1 km turn right towards Zutendaal. Then follow the signs to the campsite.

Recreatieoord Kikmolen is a camp site in Opgrimbie/Maasmechelen (Limburg, Belgium), located in a wood and by a lake/recreational pond. The camp site has pitches which are marked out and pitches without shade.

It is possible to rent mobile homes and bungalows. The camp site has a playground and a sports ground.

For sportive holidaymakers the camp site offers excursion programmes, guided walks and various cycle routes. You can swim nearby in the in a lake/recreational pond.

You don't always have to cook, as the camp site has a snack bar, restaurant (with snack menu) and restaurant (with full menu). The camp site also supplies fresh bread. You can also use the internet, as there is a WiFi point.

Tijdens de maand april naar deze camping getrokken met de caravan en voortent.
Voordeel van het laagseizoen is dat het rustig was op deze grote camping.
Pluspunten:
- 24u automaat met de noodzakelijke benodigdheden.
- dagelijks vers brood
- Het vernieuwde sanitair
- Vriendelijke medewerker die de campingplaats aanduidt
- er wordt geluisterd naar opmerkingen
Minpunten:
- de autosnelweg kortbij de camping
- het sanitair zou in het laagseizoen om de 2 dagen schoongemaakt moeten worden door de klusjesman. Echter was hier te weinig toezicht door de campingeigenaar.
Wel positief nadat er werd gemeld dat het sanitair echt vuil was werd deze de dag zelf nog schoongemaakt.
- De babyroom is gedeeltelijk verbonden met het grote sanitair. Tijdens de maand april onvoldoende verwarmd waardoor het onmogelijk was om ons zoontje van 3 maanden te wassen
- De key sleutel om warm water te gebruiken gaat zeer snel in verbuik en is dus nogal duur.
- Geen cafetaria open tijdens het laag seizoen

prima camping er word wel verbouwt van oude naar nieuwe wasgelegenheiden buiten seizoen de meeste wc dicht

wij zijn er al 2 keer op bezoek geweest met onze camper - een zestal speciale camperplaatsen zijn voorzien - aan een redelijk tarief, maximum 2 nachten ...
wel inderdaad vooraf te betalen, en winkels zijn nogal veraf - campingwinkeltje is wel te doen, basisprodukten zijn daar verkrijgbaar. Camping is prima gelegen om te fietsen, en ook wandelingen vertrekken dichtbij de camping, infobord aan inkom.
