Veel te eten is er niet, het bier is lekker en goedkoop, evenals de frisdrank. Er wordt ook ijs verkocht. Zwemmen doe je in de rivier en kinderen kunnen aanrevotten. Ook zijn er wat speelwerktuigen en een zandbak, jeu de boule baan en tafeltennis.

Camping Le Trou du Cheval ligt prachtig aan La Semois, praktisch aan het eind van de weg. Het is er dan ook super rustig en idylisch! Het overgrote deel van de staanplaatsen heeft geen beschutting tegen de zon, maar de plekken zijn ruim en zonder modder of zand! Op de camping is weinig vertier (wel een kroeg van de eigenaar en enkele speeltoestellen voor de allerkleinsten) maar in de omgeving kun je prima mountainbiken, kayakken en wandelen. Voor de boodschappen, een goed restaurant of een grotere plaats ben je met de auto zó in België.

Een lekker rustige camping je kunt er veel wandelen in de vrije natuur. De sport die je er kunt bedrijven is vissen, kano tochten kun je maken. En in de avond lekker bij het kampvuur zitten luieren (dus als je kids erbij zijn dan kunnen ze overdag hout sprokkelen) ps. Het kampvuur moet wel speciale tonnen op de camping te leen.
