Wij waren hier half oktober 2011 met een camperbus om een bezoek te brengen aan de plitvice-meren. We bleven korter dan we van plan waren omdat het er erg koud was. Naar deze camping ga ik nooit meer. De bar en het restaurant waren gesloten, het supermarktje was wel open. Het douchewater was lekker heet maar verder was het heel onprettig en dan druk ik me nog zwak uit. Bij het douchen was er geen haakje om je kleren op te hangen, ook geen bankje. Dus rillend van de kou in ruimte van de wasbakken uitgekleed, rennen naar het douchehok waar het water niet weg liep (ook buiten de douche stond het op een gegeven moment blank) en daarna nat en in je blootje terugrennend om je af te drogen en aan te kleden. En dan maar hopen niemand tegen te komen!!

Wij kenden deze camping nog van meer dan 20 jaar geleden, die toen zo'n smerig sanitair had, dat wij ons dat nu nog herinneren. Dat is niet zeker niet meer het geval. Toiletten en douches met keurige aluminium wanden. Als je wat verder naar achteren rijdt, vind je mooie vrije plaatsen met fraai uitzicht. Wij begrepen niet waarom alle campers hutje mutje op de parkeerplaatsen zijn gaan staan. Het is verderop wel wat oneffen maar met rijblokken is dat eenvoudig op te lossen. Aardige mensen in het winkeltje en bij het toeristenbureautje. Internet (wifi) gratis maar je moet wel in de buurt van voorgenoemde gebouwen zitten. Op enkele km afstand de Plitvice meren, waar je prachtige wandelingen kunt maken. Wij hebben ruim 4 uur rond het meer/rivier en watervallen gelopen, maar hadden ook een deel kunnen varen. Verder is er in de omgeving niet veel te doen, zodat ons verblijf van 2 nachten begin september 2011 voldoende was.

Hebben er in augustus gestaan, prima campingetje, staat vlak bij het natuurpark.
Naar de Plitvismeren is ongeveer 6 km.

I spent two nights in this camp and it was excellent. The campsite has a hilly landscape so you can really pitch your tent wherever you like, whether it's a valley or a hill, or a slope. The staff was really friendly and the supermarket is well stocked.
The restaurant and the cafe-bar serve good food and beverages, although they tend to be a bit expensive.

Showers and toilets are in very good condition and pitching grounds are clean. Electricity is free but the poles seem to be rather scarce around the campsite, so be sure to pack a long wire.

Die Sanitäranlagen sind wohl relativ neu, ABER, in der Dusche ist so gut wie kein Licht (auch am Tag); sich hier ordentlich zu duschen, auf einem gefühlten quadratmeter, ist fast unmöglich. Nach dem Duschen steht alles unter Wasser. Es gibt keine einzige Ablage in der Dusche!! Einen Haken gibt es dann aber doch ... gottseidank...
Vom Camper WC (Entsorgungsplatz für Chemietoiletten) weht doch recht oft ein ekelhafter Gestank über den Platz. Man kann hier nur raten, halten sie viel Abstand!
Die Umgebung an sich ist aber recht schön...
