Het is een aanrader! Wij waren er voor de eerste keer en hebben genoten van de camping maar ook de omgeving. Wat zeker opviel is dat alles erg schoon is, zowel op de camping aan het strand en zelfs langs de wegen. Wij gaan er beslist weer naartoe.

Deze camping is een goede camping met uitstekend zwembad. Nieuw geopend in 2008.
Aparte receptie voor kampeerders.
Tweede receptie voor huurders van bungalows. Personeel kan best vriendelijker zijn.

Deze camping is goed. Het sanitair wordt goed bijgehouden. Na 16:00 uur is de kans zeer groot dat er geen warm water meer aanwezig is in de douches. `s Nachts is er overlast van blaffende waakhonden van het naastgelegen caravandepot. Het personeel is niet erg vriendelijk.

Voordelen: prachtig gelegen aan zee, mooi zwembad (campinggasten moeten betalen voor ligbed en parasol! Verder geen schaduw bij 't zwembad.), ruime plaatsen, goed restaurant, zon en zee (prima voor mensen die de hele dag erop uit trekken met een boot, prima campingwinkel met goed assortiment, goed en schoon sanitair.
Nadelen: elk avond harde live muziek tot 23:00 uur, gevolgd door discodreun, gevolgd door in de ochtend rumoerige jongeren langs de tent, té groot om kleine kinderen vrij te laten lopen, massaal.
Niet te dicht bij het zwembad gaan staan: 24 uur per dag lawaai van de airco van 't zwembad/restaurant. Bij het zwembad tettert de dame van 't entertainment door de microfoon. Voor mensen die van zon, zee en instant vermaak houden is dit een prima camping.

Na 2 jaar Italië waren we nu voor de vijfde maal in Porto Sole. De camping werd mooi vernieuwd qua zwembad, eetgelegenheden en winkel, jammer dat er bij de nieuwbouw geen rekening werd gehouden met mensen met een beperkte mobiliteit. Veel trappen en weinig hellende vlakken maken het rolstoelgebruikers en kinderwagens weinig makkelijk.
Voor oudere tieners is er misschien wel wat weinig vertier op de camping, maar voorts blijft dit volgens mij een van de mooiere campings in Istrië.
