De camping heeft een ideale locatie voor uitstapjes. Je merkt wel dat je dichtbij de bewoonde wereld zit, want er loopt een weg langs, waar je overigens weinig last van hebt. Er zijn plaatsen in de zon en met schaduw. Het sanitair mag schoner, maar is niet vies.

Het zwembad naast de camping is super! Met golfslagbad, wildwaterbaan, glijbaan etc. Je mag alleen geen korte broek als zembroek aan.

Brood kun je een dag van te voren bestellen bij de receptie. De supermarkt is vlakbij en de mac. ook.

De camping is aan te raden, maar persoonlijk heb ik de campings liever wat meer in het landschap dan zo aan de rand van de bewoonde wereld.

Prima camping bij leuke stad. Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoeke andere bezienswaardigheden in de streek. Sanitair verdient echter een dikke onvoldoende. Wordt niet goed schoongemaak en het warme water is slechts lauw te noemen.

Periode: begin mei; prima uitvalsbasis om de streek te verkennen. Zeer authentieke dorpjes in de buurt zoals Riquewihr en Eguisheim. Ook de stad Colmar verdient een bezoek. Vlakbij de camping is een grote supermarkt en (voor liefhebbers) een McDonalds. Op de camping zelf was het heel rustig, zeer groen (voldoende schaduw) en naast de rivier de Fecht. Er was slechts 1 centraal opgestelde sanitaire blok geopend die ondertussen toch wel serieus verouderd is. De douches werden goed proper gehouden, maar de rest liet toch te wensen over (de afwas deden we dan maar in de caravan). Ook de speeltuigen stellen niet zoveel voor. Het vlakbij gelegen zwamparadijs hebben we niet bezocht, maar kan interessant zijn bij slecht weer...

Goed onderhouden camping met ietwat verouderd sanitair, wordt wel schoongemaakt; mooie halfschaduw plekken; zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel; uitstekende uitvalsbasis om parels van dorpjes te bezoeken zoals Colmar, Ribeauville. Equisheim, Kaysersberg, Riquewhir; met wandelgids Elzas prachtige wandelingen te maken (tevens goed gemarkeerd); mooie autotochtjes naar o.a. Petit Ballon, Grand Ballon, Col de Bonhomme, Col de la Schlucht, oorlogskerkhof Le Vieil Armand; Munster en grote supermarkt op 5 minuten lopen, pracht openlucht golfslagbad met overdekt bad 2 minuten lopen. Onze 3 weken waren tekort.

De camping is voor zijn 3 sterren perfekt te noemen wanneer je niet al teveel eisen stelt. Het sanitair is ietwat verouderd maar schoon en de plaatsen zijn met name in het begin van de zomervakantie-periode ruim bemeten (nog niet druk). Aangrenzend ligt een werkelijk schitterend aangelegd buiten en binnenzwembad met oa glijbanen, golfslagbad en wildwaterbaan. Entreekaarten tegen gereduceerd tarief. Voorts kun je tevoet in 5 minuten lopen naar een mega-supermarkt en aan de andere kant van de camping kun je middels een sleutel de camping af, wandelend door een prachtig park naar het gezellig centrum van Münster met een hele goede pizerria. (wel reserveren!) Voor wijnliefhebbers is deze camping een goede uitvalsbasis. Vive de La Fecht!
