Het is de tweede keer dat wij in deze omgeving zijn. Maar voor het eerst op deze camping, mijn kinderen en wij hebben veel plezier. Er wordt wat voor de kinderen gedaan, maar ook voor de ouders. Het zwembad ziet er netjes uit, erg verfrissend, zeker als het erg warm is. Het personeel is jong, vriendelijk en doen leuke dingen met de kinderen. Op loopafstand kan je naar een kasteel bezoeken en je heb dan een mooi uitzicht op de rivier, de Dordogne.

De camping wordt gerund door een jong Frans-Nederlands echtpaar, Caroline en Derrick. Een zeer gezellige camping, geschikt voor ouderen maar zeer zeker ook voor jonge gezinnen in de vakantieperiode. De camping heeft een parkachtig karakter. Er staan diverse boomsoorten. De kampeerplaatsen zijn deels omzoomd door prachtige hagen, veel privacy dus. Naast kampeerplaatsen voor tent of caravan kun je er ook een chalet of een mobilhome huren. Op de camping is een mooi zwembad. Voor kinderen, jong en oud, wordt van alles georganiseerd. Het restaurant, bar en terras zijn plaatsen om goed te toeven. Caroline is altijd in staat om heerlijke maaltijden voor te zetten. Wie van wandelen en kastelen houdt kan te kust en te keur gaan. Er zijn diverse zeer goed uitgezette wandelingen, die je naar de kastelen in de directe omgeving brengen. Kortom, je kunt te kust en te keur gaan. Het is zeer zeker een plek om vaker heen te gaan!

Prima camping. Een aanrader! Laat u verrassen door Maartje (prima Chef kok). Dit was de derde keer en zeker niet de laatste, dat we hier waren in het voorjaar! Brabantse gastvrijheid van Roel en Mieke. Dit jaar (2008) zijn we er weer om heerlijk te genieten van de rust en het lekkere eten.
