Heerlijke rustige camping op 800 m van het strand waar je door de duinen zo naar toe loopt. Net zulke mooie golven als in Lacanau waar je lekker op kan surfen. Surfles 5 dagen 2 uur per dag voor 130 euro is ook aan te raden.
Sanitair is een beetje verouderd maar wel schoon. Veel Duitsers, paar Nederlanders en Fransen.

Alles in allem ein günstiger, ordentlicher, sauberer Platz- die Müllabfuhr und die Putztruppe der Sanitäranlagen kommen regelmäßig vormittags. Die Stellplätze für Zelte sind teilweise recht wellig, so dass man mit einer Schaufel nivellieren muss. Der Weg zum Strand ist - je nach Lage des Stellplatzes - ca. 1 km lang. Der Strand selbst ist einfach nur super - von 11 bis 18 Uhr durch Rettungsschwimmer bewacht, was wegen der 2-3 m hohen Wellen auch angesagt ist.
Das freundliche, hilfsbereite Personal der Rezeption spricht französisch und englisch - man kommt gut zurecht. Die Sanitäranlagen sind recht durchwachsen - je nach Alter. Leider fand während unseres Aufenthalts dort ein Jugendcamp statt, so dass die Toiletten morgens vor der Reinigung teilweise nicht benutzbar waren - man konnte aber auf entferntere ausweichen. Der größte Wermutstropfen waren jedoch die abendlichen (unfreiwilligen) Unterhaltungsprogramme: Mal war es eine Disko für die Kids, dann verschiedene Live-Bands in der Bar

Im großen und Ganzen ist es ein Schöner Campingplatz! Der Strand ist wirklich toll und auch das Campingarial ist sehr schön! Wer auf Wellensport steht ist rund um Le Porge und dem Campingplatz La Grigne bestens aufgehoben. Am Eingang des Platzes ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, in dem man recht gut einkaufen kann. Sonnencreme, Lebensmittel, Bücher, Tageszeitung, frisches Brot aber auch leckere Grillhänchen (auf vorbestellung)! Wer gerne im Urlaub einkaufen gehen möchte muss sich allerdings aufs Fahrrad schwingen oder ins auto setzen. Lacanau-Océan ist hier mein tipp! Auch wer nachts gerne Feiern geht sollte sich an Lacanau halten. Bars, Discos, Tänzer auf der Straße... (ACHTUNG nachts sind die Schranken vom Campingplatz unten und man muss das auto draußen parken). Wer nicht fahren will soll mal an den Strand gehen. Nachts treffen sich dort viele Leute, spielen gitarre und machen Lagerfeuer. Auch mal ganz lustig. Die Sanitäranlagen könnten besser sein. dunkel und feucht aber keine angst

Wir waren mit unseren drei Teenagern das erste Mal da und waren begeistert. Für nächste Jahr ist schon wieder gebucht, weil es allen so gut gefallen hat. Weg zum Strand ok, Strand selbst ist fantastisch. Unterhaltung am Abend für die Teens könnte mehr sein, ist aber auch in Ordnung´.

Fünf mal auf einen Campingplatz sagt eigendlich alles oder? ob mit oder ohne kinder immer wider gern. Das einzige was mir in Frankreich aufgefallen ist, ist das die Franzosen sich sprachlich nur noch dem Französisch zuwenden ob englisch oder deutsch war es vor 10 bis 15 Jahren einfacher. Und das erwarte ich von menschen die ihr geld im tourismus verdienen. ich versuche auch einpaar umganz formen in der landessprache zusprechen ob in Frankreich, Holland, Griechenland oder Italien.
