We logeren op camping Arbre d'Or. De camping is ruim van opzet. Aan de randen staan de vaste bezoekers. Het middendeel is bestemd voor de tour-caravans. De plekken zijn royaal. Behoudens de standaardvoorzieningen, kun je gebruik maken van het verwarmde binnen- en buitenzwembad een restaurant en WIFI (erg duur). De toiletgebouwen zijn verzorgd en schoon. De wegen op de camping zijn onlangs opnieuw geasfalteerd. De camping wordt goed bewegwijzerd en is prima aan te rijden. Wij waren medio juni 2009 op deze camping en toen was het aangenaam rustig.
Het meer van Biscarosse ligt op loopafstand. Vanaf deze camping bezochten wij Biscarosse, Arcachon en Mimizan.

Een camping met zeer vriendelijk personeel en een prachtige omgeving. Het was er bovendien rustig en netjes. Zodanig dat we ons daar zeer goed thuis voelden.

Sehr schön gelegener Platz in einer sehr schönen Umgebung. Freundliches Personal, gute Stellplätze, eigentlich alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht.
