There was very little space around the cottage and not much sunlight. It was in a poor state of repair, with the terrace dipping in the middle, the shower, toilet and sink in need of plumbing attention and the furnishings looking tired. The new pool was lovely and the accrobranches was good. Minigolf looks as though it has not had any attention since the 60s. The most distressing part of the holiday was that our 6 year old son's toe was sucked into the vent in the swimming pool. He was terrified and could not get out of the pool. The lifeguard was nowhere nearby; a kind tourist freed his badly cut toe from the vent. No assistance was given by staff, who said we should drive him to A+E. The x-ray showed that the toe was not broken. However, no one on the campsite asked after his well-being: shocking, given that the accident was entirely the fault of the campsite. It was even suggested that our son had stuck his toe in the vent on purpose! We were appalled at the level of customer care.

Indien mogelijk beter zelf meenemen. Laptops meenemen, wifi aanwezig!
