Route:

A6, exit 29 Mâcon-Sud, then take the N79 in the direction of Cluny. Leave the N79 after 17 km (exit Cluny) and take the D17. Then take the D22 to St. Point. The camp site is located on the right just after St. Point at the lake.

Eenvoudige en rustige camping aan stuwmeer, Prima om te zwemmen, roeien of vissen. Verhuur van trap-bootjes. Grote speeltuin voor kinderen tot ca. 12 jaar.
Grote en kleinere plekken met of zonder schaduw.
Geen campwinkel, maar wel brood en klein winkeltje op 3 min. loopafstand.
Leuk pretpark, 1 uur rijden, voor oudere kinderen.
Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. Hij waardeert het erg als je een klein woordje Frans spreekt. Hij kan ook een beetje Engels.
's Avonds veel animatie voor kids en/of volwassenen. Overdag kun je snacks halen, 's avonds kun je er prima eten. Soms bieden ze zelfs streekgerechten aan. Heerlijk.
Cluny is een prachtig stadje. Veel te zien. Veel terrasjes, veel eetgelegenheden, een VVV. In Cluny ook 3 flinke supermarkten.
Sanitair op camping: 2 gebouwen. Beneden is het vrij nieuw, boven vrij oud. Wordt 3x per dag schoongemaakt. Er zouden meer wc's mogen zijn. Er is wel een gehandicapten wc.
Voor wie van een rustige, simpele camping geniet is dit een echte aanrader.

Z.g. gemeente-camping. Goed onderhouden. Mooi gelegen tussen glooiende heuvelruggen aan een groot stuwmeer. Zwem- en visfaciliteiten. Prachtige speeltuin voor kinderen tot ong. 12 jaar. Voor de al wat oudere kinderen niet veel te beleven. Geweldig wandel- en fietsgebied.Geen campingwinkel maar een goed voorzien klein supermarktje in het dorp St.Point op loopafstand van de camping. Gezellig terras aan het meer waar U ook 's avonds een warme maaltijd kunt nuttigen (v.a.€.8,=). Het stadje Cluny (ca.8 km.) is een bezienswaardigheid met o.a.opgravingen uit de Romeinse tijd, de voormalige stallen van de cavelerie van Napoleon en een groot hippisch centrum. Tevens veel leuke terrasjes en gezellige restaurantjes! Een aanrader!
