Het was een slechte reis ervaring. De meren die er liggen zijn prive of zijn verboden om te zwemmen.
Voor de jeugd is er niets te doen. Het zwembad is van 12:00 tot 15:00 dicht. Ze spreken alleen Frans.
Inkoop is zo'n 10 km ver. In het dorp is niets te beleven. En wandelroutes zijn er niet, de paden die wij dachten in te slaan waren allemaal afgesloten met een poort. De natuur is agrarisch, dus kaal.

Deze camping hoort absoluut niet thuis in een campinggids.Geen waterpunten voor caravanbezitters. Slechte plek om chemisch toilet te legen en reinigen.Sanitair niet schoon en toereikend en in zeer slechte staat.Je wordt echt tussen de vaste standplaatsen gedumpt.Wij kampeerden er twee nachten in het voorseizoen en moesten toch flink betalen. Na een verblijf van vier weken op campings in Frankrijk ( die allemaal zeer goed waren ) was dit een enorme domper.Het is dat wij op de terugweg naar Nederland waren anders waren wij onmiddellijk weer vertrokken.

We logeren op camping La Noue des Rois. Het is een grote camping met veel vaste standplaatsen. De bewegwijzering naar de camping is matig. Wij vonden de camping niet makkelijk aan te rijden. De camping ligt aan een meertje, in een bosachtige omgeving. De plekken op de camping zijn ruim. Het sanitair is verouderd en onder de maat. We staan aan het meer. Het uizicht is mooi. De camping heeft veel voorzieningen, zelfs WIFI. Vanaf St. Hilaire hebben we Provins bezocht.

Kwamen hier 2 mei aan en vroegen een plaats voor een week of twee. Met ons korting ACSI kaartje werden we naar het jeu de boule veld verwezen. En met ons ook de andere kampeerders die met het kaartje aankwamen. Ondanks het vroege voorseizoen was het dus 's avonds volle bak op het veldje. Camping hoort niet thuis in het korting voorseizoen boekje. Dit is een camping met allemaal vaste staanplaatsen met huisjes. Zijn dus ook na 2 nachten weer vertrokken. Zijn betere doorreis campings die meer te bieden hebben voor minder geld, die ook in het boekje staan.

Een leuke camping voor vissers. Er zijn vooral forellen en, in het kleine meer achterin, karpers. Het sanitair is matig, maar schoon. Er zijn aardige Franse mensen.
