Blijft een echte doorgangscamping, ook in het najaar. Goede ontvangst, mooie plaatsen en lekker vers brood vlakbij in het dorp.
Let op bij het aanrijden met de navigatie, want die stuurt je het dorp in en niet naar de ingang van de camping. Let op de borden camping bij binnenkomst in het dorp.

In eerste instantie lijkt er niemand aanwezig, maar dat verandert al gauw: 's avonds is het er vol. Na 20:00 is het "complet". Camping op een oude verdwenen kasteelruïne met grote plaatsen, op verschillende hoogten en omgeven door hoge bomen. Vaak een prachtig uitzicht biedend. Sanitair is top. Douche gratis. Ook voor rolstoelgebruikers. De waterpompen op de top vereisen enig geduld. Honden aan de lijn. Internet aansluiting aanwezig bij beheerders. Bakker komt langs om half acht.

In Montigny is een grote supermarkt. Vlakbij is de bron van de Maas (bij Bourbonne). Mooie omgeving om te fietsen. Een typische doorgangscamping. Meestal Nederlanders. Ligt goed aan de route-du-soleil zuid-noord.Te bezoeken: Langres met prachtige uitzicht op de stadswallen. Chaumont: moderne stad met chique winkelcentrum. Colombey-les-deux-Eglises.Mausoleum en woonplaats van Gen.de Gaulle. Redenen genoeg om meer dan 1 dag te verblijven.

Prima camping voor overnachting als je op doorreis bent naar het zuiden.
Weinig te doen in omgeving maar wel een bakker en noodzakelijke zaken op loopafstand.

Vooral doorgangscamping, tussenliggende dagen erg rustig. Prachtig uitzicht. Geluid van de snelweg wel hoorbaar maar voor ons niet storend.

Prachtige doorgangscamping naar het zuiden, zeer grote en rustige camping, proper sanitair, s'avonds is de snackbar open ,bij aankomst kiest men zelf zijn plaats en s'morgens word er afgerekend.
Bij mooi weer is deze camping ook geschikt voor een langer verblijf.
Enkele kilometers van autostrade,de beheerders zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
