Als senioren bezochten wij in het voorjaar deze camping. Het sanitair was redelijk schoon maar geantidateerd en vertoonde veel defecten. De bar was slechts van 17.00 tot 19.00 geopend, dus ´s avonds nog een afzakkertje nemen ging niet. De afhaalmaaltijden bestond uit een klein formaat pizza (tegen een forse prijs) of een bakje frites.Wij weten niet hoe men aan hun 4 sterren is gekomen!!

We zochten een uitvalsbasis om de beroemde stranden en musea te bezoeken, en hebben geselecteerd op zwembaden. We zijn aangenaam verrast door deze bijna perfecte camping. De ligging pal aan het strand (Utah Beach),het sanitair, de grootte van de plaatsen (12 x 15 meter), het zwembad en het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. Klein minpuntje was het ontbreken van een restaurant en het assortiment van het winkeltje, maar beiden waren in de directe omgeving uitstekend te vinden. Kortom, een hele fijne camping die zeker het aanraden waard is.

Mooie camping met ruim afgebakende plaatsen, gemengd verouderd sanitair maar wel proper. Mooi zwembad (open en overdekt) en plonsbad voor de kleintjes. Wifi werkt helft van de tijd niet en is erg duur.

We are a small motorcycle club and stayed here for the D-Day beaches. The staff of this camp site was very good. We are returning to Normandy this year and hope to stay here again.

Ik sluit me aan bij Ferrest luc. Alleen vond ik de animatie en de kindvriendelijkheid ver te zoeken. Er werden wel dingen georganiseerd, maar echt super waren ze niet. Verder vonden wij het voetbalveld tegenvallen; het zal vol met kuilen en was bedekt met zand.
