Zeer mooi camping. Zeer rustig. Locaties zijn groot. Er zijn vele prachtige panoramische uitzichten van de camping. De regio is superb.

Camping La Truffière is op zichzelf een prima camping, maar het toelaten van honden op de camping leverde problemen op. Honden moeten aangelijnd zijn en hondenpoep moet worden opgeruimd, maar er wordt niet op naleving van deze regels gelet en de campingeigenaar zelf houdt zich ook niet aan zijn eigen regels.
De hond van de eigenaar loopt los op de camping. Wij hebben deze hond 3 maal van onze plek moeten wegjagen. Ook hebben wij deze hond zien poepen naast de jeux de boules banen. Voorts hebben wij hondenpoep aangetroffen op het terrein, zagen wij dat een kampeerder zijn hond uitliet langs de grote speelweide en is er eenmaal door een hond tegen onze voortent geplast. De toutounet (de houder voor zakjes voor hondenpoep) was de hele week dat wij er waren niet gevuld.
Wij hebben tweemaal de medewerkers van de camping op deze hondenkwestie aangesproken, maar beide keren werd daar niet naar onze tevredenheid op gereageerd; er werd gezegd dat men niet alles in de gaten kon houden en daar werd het bij gelaten.
