Coming from Nantes, dir. Noirmoutier/Challans/St. Jean-de-Monts at the first roundabout in St. Jean-de-Monts, continue towards D38 Notre Dame-de-Monts/Noirmoutier. Turn left at the Tonnelles roundabout and follow camping signs.

Wir waren im Juni 2011 auf dem Platz. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, mitten in den Dünen. Zum Atlantikstrand ist es kurz ca. 300 Meter. Der Sandstrand ist sehr schön, breit, sauber und ewig lang. Man kann wunderbare Spaziergänge mit dem Hund machen. Die Sanitäranlagen waren sauber, allerdings wurde um 22.00 Uhr das Licht ausgeschalten.

We are a family of 4, with our children being 10 months and 3 years old. We were planning on travelling around france but ended up staying for 11 nights at this superb campsite. We stayed in a chalet for the first 2 nights, which was clean and spacious, it cost around 89 euro for the 2 nights in the chalet.We then camped for the rest of our time. The campsite is wonderful, with friendly helpful staff. You need to be able to speak some french as their english was limited but we got by. We were very close to the stunning clean beach, with a very pleasant walk either through the sand dunes or by path. The shower and toilet facilities were the best i had come across with new shower blocks situated around the site. The child facilities fantastic with showers especially designed for youg children, they also have family shower units and a superb baby wash room. the site has childrens play area and bouncy castle and a great swimming pool. There is a mini supermarket a short walk away

Wij waren er van 22/5 tot 26/6. Een zeer rustige camping in een prachtig duingebied en vlak bij een heel mooi langzaam aflopend en hard strand. Waar goed gewandeld kan worden. Ook in de duinen zijn wandelpaden. Het sanitair is zeer goed met regelbaare kranen in de douches en bij de afwas, dus lekker warm water. Bij de afwas zelfs heet. Ook wordt er geregeld goed schoongemaakt. De omgeving is plat dus er is heel goed te fietsen met mooie routes. St Jean de Monts is een mooi stadje met een hele mooie boulevard. Het zwembad is verwarmt wat wel lekker is in deze tijd. We hebben ons er geen moment verveelt en komen zeker nog eens terug.

Mooie duinen camping vlak aan het strand. De kampeer plekken (toer) zijn soms aan de kleine kant. Wij hebben zelf een grote tent die niet op alle plekken past. Prima aangelegde fietspaden vlak bij de camping en een mooie omgeving om te bekijken. Sanitair is vernieuwd in 2010 en is perfect opgezet. Zou wel schoner mogen worden gehouden (zeepresten / spinnenwebben zijn zichtbaar), echter niet vies. Lekker zwembad.
Wij zijn in het voorseizoen geweest, daarom waren veel facaliteiten niet geopend. Voor ons ter geen issue aangezien we toch voor het strand en omgeving komen. Denk dat het in het hoogseizoen erg druk is.

Nach dem es uns im letzten Jahr sehr gut auf dem Campingplatz gefallen hat sind wir wiedergekommen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, ein zweites Waschhaus ist renoviert. Die Reinigungsintervale der Sanitäranlagen haben sich gegenüber 2010 verbessert. Für die Stellplätze (Sandboden) ist es auf jeden Fall von Vorteil, wenn der Caravan mit einem Mover ausgerüstet ist. Die WOMOs haben sich oft festgefahren und die Schäden am Stellplatz (tiefe Gräben) nicht wieder zu geschüttet.
