Mooie kleine familiecamping !

Wij waren 18 dagen op deze camping. Prima ontvangst en men spreekt Engels.
Sanitair was prima, heerlijk warm water! Langs de camping aan de achterkant loopt een weg, deze geeft wel lawaai. In de weekenden hadden we last van hangjeugd bij de glasbakken. Overdag veel auto's die hard rijden en veel reclamevoertuigen voor de diverse kermissen en circussen. Het strand ligt op 800 meter en is op de fiets prima te doen. Mooi strand en ideaal voor kinderen. In de omgeving is niet veel te zien. Het achterland is vlak en de stadjes zijn niet echt Frans. Hebben wij gemist.
We hebben ons echter prima vermaakt en het klimaat is er heerlijk. Ook voor kinderen is het zeker de moeite waard. Het zwembad op de camping is een pluspunt.
Onze kinderen van 2 en 4 hebben zich er goed vermaakt. En daardoor wij dus ook.
De camping zit op een rij met vele andere campings en die hoor je 's avonds wel.
Al met al een fijne vakantieplek voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen!

Ten tijde van ons verblijf geen entertaiment en eten/dinken (voorseizoen), strand op loopafstand. De camping biedt datgene wat wordt beloofd!!

Camping Aux Coeurs Vedeens was in juni een rustige camping waar je vriendelijk word ontvangen door de eigenaar en zijn echtgenote. Het sanitair wordt dagelijks goed schoongemaakt. En het is heerlijk het strand op loopafstand te hebben, ongeveer 10 minuten. Ook fietsen is geen probleem, je hebt er mooie fietspaden en routes. Ook fietsend boodschappen doen in Saint-Jaen-De-Monts is geen probleem (supermarkten allemaal vlak bij elkaar). De proxi supermarkt is op 5 minuten lopen van de camping. Het is wel jammer dat de faciliteiten op de camping pas op 1 juli open gaan (winkel, bar, afhaal maaltijden end).

Wijzelf hadden een ruime plaats, wat toch eerder zeldzaam is op deze camping. Doordat wij met ACSI reisden was de prijs-kwaliteit uitstekend. Hier hebben/maken de eigenaars tijd voor hun gasten. Het onthaal is hartelijk. Welk niveau je franse taal ook heeft: spreek het, ook buiten de camping. Op 400m ligt een winkel met een uitgebreid assortiment aan zéér aanvaardbare prijzen (natuurlijk geen Super-U of Intermarché prijzen) en dagvers brood om 08.30hr. Strand ligt op wandelafstand (-700m?), via uitgang achteraan. Over langere afstanden liggen de fietspaden afgescheiden van de rijweg, vertrekkend aan de camping. Voor onszelf en onze herdershond was zowel camping als omgeving een hele ontdekking na jaren Nederland en België. Zeker een herhaling waard.

Wij waren hier 2 dagen 4 en 5 september 2007. Plaatsen afgebakend met dichte hoge hagen. Strand stukje lopen vanaf de camping. Vanhier een paar leuke uitstapjes gemaakt. Het was er rustig toen wij hier waren.
