De mobile home was niet echt schoon. We hebben eerst zelf de boel moeten poetsen. De eerste nacht hebben we op de grond geslapen, want het bed was in het midden doorgeknakt. De klusjesman heeft dit de volgende dag gerepareerd. Het personeel spreekt absoluut geen Engels en probeert dit niet eens! Het zwempad is een postzegel; met heet weer moet je er tussen kruipen. Het strand en de winkels moet je met de auto doen, want lopen is te ver. Al met al niet echt een aanrader.

De campingplaatsen liggen tussen de Mobile homes en stacaravans in. Het contact met mede kampeerders is hierdoor beperkt. Er is een goed sanitair gebouw, overige sanitairgebouwen moeten nog een grondige renovatie ondergaan. In ons geval was het in gebruik zijnde gebouw aan de andere zijde van de camping.
De campingwinkel was niet open. Winkels dichtbij dus geen probleem. Personeel heeft bij een bezoek aan de receptie meer aandacht voor de telefoon dan voor de gasten. Aandacht voor snelheid van voertuigen op de camping. Er is geen bord waar de snelheid wordt aangegeven.

Ruhiger Platz (zumindest in der Vorsaison), Fahrradentfernung zu Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Versorgung mit Warmwasser teilweise gestört (Gasflamme des Boilers im Waschhaus windempfindlich, das Personal hat sich aber immer sofort gekümmert). Sanitäranlagen werden täglich gewischt, Waschbecken aber augenscheinlich nicht geputzt. Schwimmbecken mit wenig Extras, war für unsere Jungs (13 und 15) uninteressant. Stellplatz grasig und eben, aber relativ klein (WoWa + 3-Mann-Zelt passten drauf, aber Auto schon nimmer). Als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren im Vendée gut geeignet. Laden auf dem Platz sehr klein und recht teuer, aber Supermarkt nur 5 Min. (Auto) entfernt.
