Net terug van een vakantie in Zuid-Frankrijk, waarvan een week op Rioclar. We hadden de dag van aankomst autopech en kwamen met de taxi 's avonds laat aan. We werden direct vriendelijk ontvangen door Pierre die ons in het donker op weg hielp. Ik vroeg hem of het restaurant wellicht nog open was, daar ons gezin nog niet gegeten had. Hij bood ons vervolgens spontaan een maaltijd aan. De volgende dag kwam 's ochtend zijn zoon voorrijden en vroeg of hij ons naar de plaatselijke supermarkt kon brengen voor boodschappen. Na het halen van de boodschappen werd (ook weer spontaan) een extra koelkast geplaatst bij de mobilehome die we haden gehuurd, om het voedsel te koelen. We hebben vervolgens een aantal dagen moeten wachten voor vervangend vervoer, maar hebben ons uitstekend vermaakt op de camping.

Bonsoir, Voilà trois années que nous passons nos vacances au Rioclar! Un vrai camping de charme, on est en foret, avec de spacieux emplacements intimistes! Depuis plus de 20 ans que je campe je n'ai jamais trouvé un camping aussi atypique et spendide. A l'accueil un belge plein d'humour et de dérision, à l'épicerie, c cool, par contre, on paie et on réserve son pain la veille, au début en bon français moyen on rale et puis on comprend qu'on ne jette plus de pain... et c bien.
Resto sympa, piscine hyper propre, le maitre nageur et le boss la controle 6 fois par jour!
Les petits se réalent aux animations du matin (gratuite). On peux faire du sport l'APM au camping avec les animateurs et le soir toujours quelque chose.
Les sanitaires sont propres et entretenus 2 fois par jour (j'ai vu du nettoyage vers 13 heures pour ramasser les detritus des clients dans les bacs vaisselle, et j'ai vu le patron nettoyer les sanitaires à 2 heures du matin. SUPER.

De magnifiques vacances au Rioclar. Personnel sympa et bonne ambiance. Le site est exceptionnel ! Un vrai camping en nature, avec toutes les commodités. On y reviendra

Camping met redelijk grote plaatsen. Leuk personeel en zeer behulpzaam. Aan de balie wordt Nederlands gesproken. Camping ook voor oudere jeugd. Geen last van ze gehad. Allerlei sportieve dingen te doen in de buurt en aan de camping. Fijn meertje naast de camping ook om te zwemmen. Ook fijn voor je hond. Restaurant is goed, wel op tijd een plaats bespreken. Soms wat koudere nachten, geen last van ongedierte zoals muggen.
Omgeving in een woord geweldig!

Met 2 kinderen 12 en 15 en hond. Super vakantie. Kinderen hebben zich er prima vermaakt en willen nu al terug. Vriendelijk personeel. Alleen als het wat drukker wordt dan is het dringen bij het sanitair. Prachtige omgeving. En de avonden kunnen inderdaad wat kouder zijn.
