Wij hebben op deze camping zorgeloos kunnen genieten van onze vakantie. Enorm genoten. De eigenaren zijn erg gastvrij. Beheersen voldoende talen. Echt een aanrader om eens heen te gaan. Wij komen zeker terug!

In de tweede week van augustus aangekomen, zonder reservering. Er waren drie plekken beschikbaar voor meerdere dagen. De plekken variëren wel in afmetingen. Voldoende sanitaire voorzieningen, en altijd schoon. Douches goed warm (bijna te warm) maar het afwaswater zou iets warmer mogen.
Strand en zwemmogelijkheid in één woord super.
Wij hadden een plek aan de weg-kant, maar hebben dit nauwelijks als hinderlijk ervaren. Alleen de laatste dagen werd het wat drukker.
Wij gaan zeker nog een keer terug, maar dan beter voorbereid, om ook de omgeving wat meer te kunnen verkennen. Dat is er nu, mede door de heerlijk hoge temperaturen, niet zo erg van gekomen.

In Juli 2011 gereserveerd voor de vakantie in augustus 2011, wegens een annulering was er gelukkig nog 1 plaats over op de camping voor onze reisperiode.
Camping heeft zowel schaduw, half schaduw of zonplaatsen, geen extreem grote camping, daardoor wel erg gezellig. Worden tijdens het hoogseizoen leuke avonden georganiseerd, zoals live, karaoke of disco avonden, erg gezellig!
Eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk/behulpzaam. Daarnaast erg handig dat de eigenaresse 6 talen, waaronder Nederlands, machtig was.
Leuke zwemplek bij de camping met springmogelijkheid van rotsen.
Een erg mooie omgeving in de Ardeche. Supermarkt op 6 km. Dagelijks bradrieen, ook avonden. Aanraders vinden wij de Pónt Douable ( duivelsbrug met zwemmogelijkheid/zandstrand ) en Canyonning (een "survival" tocht door het water, rotsen en watervallen ).
Al met al een top vakantie gehad dit jaar op camping Le Ventadour!

Mooie camping met ruime staanplaatsen. Goed verzord sanitair en uiterst vriendelijke en ontspannen eigenaren. Een aanrader.

The lady who runs the site is very helpfull, giving suggestions for walks and bike rides in the area. There is good swimming in the river which has direct access from the site.
