Route:

A41 exit Annecy-Nord, then direction Thônes. In Thônes head for St. Jean-de-Sixt. Go towards Le Grand-Bornand at the roundabout. Turn right before the centre towards 'Vallée du Bouchet'. Camp site 1 km on the right.

Leuke vreindelijke camping met behuulpzame mensen en een goed verwarmd zembad. Ook een gezellig en goed restaurant.

Wel een goede camping, af en toe geluidsoverlast uit nabijgelegen dorp. Nachten kunnen erg koud zijn. Wel weinig sanitaire voorzieningen. Bijzonder: brood werd, mits van tevoren besteld, op de campingplaats afgeleverd.

Prima camping in indrukwekkende omgeving. Enkele aardige plaatsjes in de buurt. Veel mogelijkheden om schitterende rondritten te maken. Rustige ligging.

Wij hebben in juni 2009 op deze camping gestaan. Veel regen gehad, maar de plassen waren snel weer weg. De temperatuur in het mooie overdekt zwembad was zeer aangenaam en het water goed verwarmd. De ligging van de camping is goed; op 200 meter ligt een gezellig plaatsje.

Bij toeval op deze camping terecht gekomen. Het was een positieve verrassing. De beheerdster spreek redelijk nederlands. De toiletten zijn schoon maar aan vernieuwing toe. Het overige sanitair is onder het appartementsgebouw. Le Grand Bonand is een leuk plaatsje.
