In juli hebben we bijna 3 weken op deze camping op een comfortplaats gestaan. Deze plaatsen zijn groot, mooi afgebakend en je staat op grind. De prijs viel ook erg mee. De camping ligt 50 meter van het meer, jammer dat je hier niet mag zwemmen. Het (gemeente) strand ligt op 800 meter. Er loopt wel een bus. Honden zijn op het strand niet welkom. In deze periode is er ieder jaar een muziekfestival (musilac) dat 3 dagen duurt. Een paar dagen van te voren begint men het geluid al te testen. Er is dan veel geluidsoverlast tot 's nachts 2 uur. We stonden midden tussen de fransen, die erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk waren. Ze knoopten ook steeds een gesprekje aan. Veel Hollanders hebben we ook niet gezien. Nog een voordeel: we hebben geen enkele mug gezien. Dit is echt een camping voor mensen die rust zoeken. We gaan hier zeker nog eens terug, maar niet tijdens het festival. De omgeving en Aix les Bains zijn prachtig. Er zijn thermale baden. Je kunt daar een kuur volgen.
