Kanon plads tæt på by og Swimbad, kan anbefalges vi 5 voksene og 3 børn i 2 camping vogne, gode spisesteder.

Ein schöner, ruhiger Platz direkt am Main mit vielen Dauercampern und ordentlichen und sauberen Sanitäranlagen. Der Platzwart campt auch vor Ort und war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Brötchen und alle Lebenmittel gibt es in der Nähe auf der anderen Straßenseite. Direkt vom Campingplätz kann man auf Fahrrädern und Radwegen das ganze Maintal entdecken.
Das Freibad ist gleich nebenan, das Hallenbad mit Sauna gleich gegenüber. Diverse Restaurants sind in der Nähe, auch der Anleger für eine Mainfahrt ist nur 7 Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Uns hat es gefallen, wir kommen wieder.

Zelden tref je in Duitsland een echt goede camping welke uitblinkt als doorreiscamping. Dit is in ieder geval een echt goede camping waarbij de plaats, sanitair en personeel echt uitblinken. Bovendien kun je er op loopafstand lekker eten. Vooral een keertje overnachten op deze camping.

Camping ligt in zeer mooie omgeving. In de week van juli-augustus is er elk jaar een 'festwoche' met biertent en kermis (van ca. 15:00 uur - 01:00 uur). Mede hierdoor is het die week op de camping extreem druk. Veel jong publiek dat de nodige herrie maakt op de camping, zowel overdag als na terugkeer op de camping vanaf de feestweek om 01:00 uur(!). Hier wordt nauwelijks tegen opgetreden, tenzij men klaagt. Mijd die week en het is er prachtig! Veel bos en recreatiegelegenheid in de buurt. Zwemmen, kanoën, wandelen, hardlopen fietsen en mountainbiken (Keilerbike Wombach trail op 15 min. afstand). Aan te bevelen is de rondvaart over de Main richting Marktheidenfeld.
