We hadden geboekt was er met een groep, met als voorwaarde dat er bijzettentjes geplaatst konden worden. Dit was goed, totdat deze er werkelijk bijgeplaatst waren. Ze moesten allemaal worden verwijderd in verband met veiligheidsvoorschriften. Plaats 17 was bij aankomst bijzonder vuil. Toiletgroep wordt slechts eenmaal per dag schoon gemaakt. 's Morgens vroeg is er vaak één toilet beschikbaar in verband met een probleem met het andere toilet. Ook de bijzonder vieze plaats voor de vuilcontainers viel op.

De beheerder liet zich nauwelijks zien op de camping. Behalve wanneer je niet op tijd weg was op dag van vertrek, dan stond hij al snel bij je tent of caravan. Ik heb heel wat keren in Groot-Brittannië gekampeerd, maar zo'n camping als deze nog nooit meegemaakt. Mede gezien de prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding vind ik dit geen aanrader! Ik heb heel wat mooiere campings bezocht voor bijna de helft van de prijs van deze camping.
