Het terrein is erg mooi en de plaatsen groot. Maar de voorzieningen die vermeld staan in de beschrijving zijn niet aanwezig. Geen afhaaleten, geen winkel en geen gezamenlijke ruimte. Verder een mooi natuurgebied, wel ver van de stad Hastings (ongeveer 1/2 uur lopen).

Der Platz ist sehr weitläufig; es gibt einen vorderen Platzteil neben der Rezeption und dem Kiosk, der nur Dauercampern vorbehalten ist. Alle anderen, auch wenn sie mehere Tage bleiben, werden auf den hinteren Platzteil, der von der Straße aus über eine Chipkartenschranke zugänglich ist, verwiesen. Zelte sollen dann noch auf diesem hinteren Platzteil ganz hinten (im Bereich eines Mobiltelefonsenders, obwohl dessen Strahlen für Kinder sicher nicht gesund sind) aufgeschlagen werden. Obwohl der Platz nicht gerade preisgünstig ist, gibt es in dem für "Durchreisende" bestimmten, hinteren Platzteil keine Aufsicht oder Rezeption. Das Schwimmbad im vorderen Platzteil ist den Dauercampern vorbehalten und darf von den "Durchreisenden" nicht benutzt werden.
