This is perhaps the very best Alpine campsite we have found in ten years. It is in a magnificant location, well away from the road next to a river with a beautiful waterfall at one end. It is completely shrouded in a fine pine forest, and the pitches all seem to be very flat. The staff are wonderful - the owner is a retired civil servant and mountain guide, and their treatment of guests is wonderful. If desired, they have fresh food brought up from the valley, and offer a complimentary taxi service to and from the start of hikes along the valley, which is quite, quite wonderful. We spent two weeks here and loved it. Highly recommended!

Prachtige camping en schitterende omgeving. Wij stonden vlakbij een watervalletje tegen een bergwand aan, onder de bomen. Mooie ruime plek. Sanitair deels wel verouderd. Door de ligging op grote hoogte werd het een aantal nachten wel heel erg koud (rond 't vriespunt)

Een propere camping met ruime standplaatsen en schaduw. Alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen zijn aanwezig (goed sanitair, bbq, elektriciteit, bar, ...). De eigenaar Franco gaf ons met plezier tips over de regio. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen en rustig gelegen. Zorg voor inkopen op voorhand, want er zijn amper winkels in de buurt. Houd ook rekening met koude avonden en nachten wegens de hoogte. Wij hebben er een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad.

Schitterende locatie, vriendelijke mensen, je maakt hier met iedereen kennis na een lange klim bij een biertje op het campingterras(je).
Buslijn die je door de omgeving voert (tussen Pont en Aosta). De prijs is zeker niet te hoog naar onze smaak. Entertainment is beperkt, logisch ook als je ervan uit gaat dat je je zelf wel vermaakt met trektochten in de spectaculaire omgeving. Aanrader: tocht naar Rifugio Chabod (vertrek vanaf camping) en eten in Pont, einde van de weg...

Rustige camping in een schitterende omgeving midden tussen de bergen. Prachtige tochten, eventueel meerdaags, aan te vangen vanaf de camping. Een ervaren berggids is op de camping te raadplegen. Zijn verwachtte wandeltijden waren wel iets rooskleuriger dan ons tempo...
Op de camping veel bomen waardoor er voldoende beschutting is tegen de koude van de nacht.
