Wat een vreselijke camping. Het leek wel een strafkamp. Op ons verzoek hadden wij met mevr de afspraak om op een ochtend half acht weg te gaan naar Rome, mevr zou de poort openen. Helaas troffen wij de echtgenoot. Dat hebben we geweten. Eerst werd me, nadat ik het winkeltje kwam om iemand te zoeken om de poort te openen, (je mag nl pas na 8u het terrein verlaten), duidleijk gemaakt(geschreeuwd) dat ze nog niet open waren, na uitleg, werd de poort open gedaan, maar er werd met klem geropen `don´t you do that ever again!!!!!`.
Daags erna bij navraag door mijn schoondochter over de werking van wifi )zij spreekt vloeiend italiaans) werd door mevr gezegd dat ze beter engels tegen haar kon praten, verder alleen warm water als de groene lampen gingen branden, kortom wij hadden het gevoel op een strafkamp beland te zijn. We zijn dan ook direct weer vertrokken. Wat een afknapper, dit hebben wij nooit eerder meegemaakt, zo´n ongastvrije camping.

Mevrouw is een sprekende computer, mijnheer is een botte, viezige man. Er is van alles verboden d.m.v. bordjes. Voor het werkend krijgen van de wifi moet je doorgeleerd hebben. Prima plaats om Rome te bezoeken met shuttlebus en trein.
Je voelt je hier niet welkom, maar gedoogd.

De camping is direct aan het meer gelegen. Het meer is prachtig en schoon. Je kunt er goed zwemmen. Er mogen geen motorboten varen (op een paar vergunninghouders na). Veel schaduwrijke plaatsen. Rome is per openbaar vervoer zeer goed te bereizen; de campingbus brengt je naar het station. De informatieverstrekking over te bezoeken bestemmingen in de omgeving is zeer uitvoerig. Er is in de omgeving erg veel te bekijken. Een aanrader.

Wat een vreselijke hork de campingbaas, zijn vrouw is een stuk klantvriendelijker. Redelijk sanitair, warm water om te scheren werkt niet. WIFI werkt niet goed. Kortom wel een handige uitvalsbasis naar Rome, maar verder niet veel soeps.

Een hork van een beheerder, afgesproken prijs werd einde bezoek ontkend (5 dagen staan, 4 betalen was nooit gezegd). Andere eerder vertrokken bezoeksters probeerden ze zelfs voor meerdere plaatsen te laten betalen. Wat niet gedaan werd, gelukkig.
