Wij stonden de 1e week van november 2008 op deze camping. De temperatuur was nog heerlijk (24 graden). De camping heeft vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het terrein werd dag en nacht bewaakt. Het sanitair wordt dagelijks zeer goed onderhouden.

De plaatsen zijn pal aan zee gesitueerd, terwijl de auto op een apart bewaakt terrein moet staan. Brood was elke dag verkrijgbaar, op verzoek werd er 's avonds door de eigenaar voor de maaltijd gezorgd (seizoen). De bushalte was op loopafstand en ideaal om de levendige stad te bezoeken. De eigenaar kan je alles over de stad vertellen, ook kan zij eventueel ferrytickets voor je regelen. Een grote supermarkt is op loopafstand van de camping.

Hier wird sehr gut Deutsch gesprochen. Der Platz eignet sich gut um auf den Ätna zu fahren. Leider sind die Duschen nicht immer warm. Auch das Geschirr kann nur mit kaltem Wasser abgewaschen werden.

Een camping met keurig sanitair en een vriendelijke ontvangst. Een goede uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan de Etna (de zuidzijde). We hebben hier één nacht gestaan. De doorgangsplaatsen vonden wij wat minder.

Goede camping om Sicilie te verkennen. Vooral de Etna; Taormina; Syracuse, maar ook Agrigento en Caltinasette en de Villa de casale met zijn mozaiken. Heerlijk zwemmen op de camping in de zee tussen oude lavastromen. Prima snorkelen en duiken.

Kleine camping vlak aan zee.waar je tussen de lavabrokken kan zwemmen.
Prima uitvalsbasis voor Catania (heel gemakkelijk met de bus) en de Etna. Camping heeft goed bewaakt apart parkeerterrein.
