Personeel was onvriendelijk. Het inleveren en vasthouden van de paspoorten vonden wij onprettig. Na betaling van 0.20 euro voor kopie van paspoort, kregen we ze met pijn en moeite terug. Sanitair werd slecht gepoetst. Omgeving en plaatsen zijn prima. Zwembad was perfect onderhouden.

Mooi verzorgde camping, de horeca bleef echter ver achter, dit vonden wij teleurstellend. Voor de kinderen was er volop vertier een goed animatieteam. Door de discotheek was er wel enige geluidsoverlast wij vonden deze niet storend. De kwaliteit van het meer was bedroevend. Het water staat laag en erin zwemmen is niet aan te raden ook door de beplanting. Wij hadden een mooie grote plaats met uitzicht op het meer( bij het zwembad) maar er waren ook veel kleine plaatsen viel ons op. Umbrie is zeer mooi met mooie steden wij vonden het zelfs mooier dan Toscane.
