I clienti hanno omesso di dire che, dopo che gli è stata fatta vedere la piazzola comfort a loro riservata e loro sono tornati in direzione per dire che non erano soddisfatti, abbiamo subito provveduto ad indicargli tutte le piazzole disponibili per il loro soggiorno, in modo da scegliere un altro posto.
Il cliente ha scelto una piazzola standard, non distante dal blocco sanitario e dall’area centrale ed è così entrato con il suo caravan. Dopo circa 2 ore dal check-in ci ha comunicato che sarebbe andato via perché non gli piaceva niente. La ragazza della reception ha risposto che in genere viene chiesto di pagare per tutto il periodo prenotato, ma se avesse aspettato la mattina successiva, lei avrebbe parlato con la direttrice per vedere se si poteva trovare un’alternativa o una riduzione, ma lui ha risposto che assolutamente non voleva rimanere e preferiva pagare tutto.
