Ik heb slechte ervaring met Camping de Zwinhoeve. Met name een van de beheerders die zeer klantonvriendelijk communiceert, alsook in beschonken toestand over de camping rijdt.
Bij klachten over deze medewerker geeft de verantwoordelijke er geen blijk van deze klacht serieus te nemen en beticht de klager van te hard rijden over de camping. Dit is geheel niet juist.
Klaarblijkelijk wil men op deze wijze van repliek dienen wanneer men een klacht ontvangt.

“Er even tussenuit” was het idee dat we hadden met de 4 kinderen. De Zwinhoeve was de ideale camping hiervoor. We opteerden voor een basisplaats voor 2 tenten (grote en kleine), de staanplaatsen lagen achter de vaste stacaravans op een veld net achter de duinen.
De tweede nacht 8,5 beaufort op onze tent, de kleine tent hebben we nog kunnen verplaatsen naar de rand van het veld (beschutting van bomen) (= Comfortplaats), de grote tent niet. Tent is blijven staan maar alle stokken waren kapot, kleine tent niets aan. RIP Tent.
’s Ochtends heeft het personeel de volledige camping bekeken of alles in orde was, uiteraard een ‘kleine tent’ op een plek die leeg moest zijn. Toegelicht wat de situatie was, maakten hier geen probleem van. We hadden ook onze CEE stekker vergeten, deze konden we met een eenvoudige waarborg zo lenen.
TIP: indien je naar deze camping gaat en men verwacht slecht weer, opteer dan voor een comfortplaats, deze liggen beter beschermd tegen het natuurgeweld.

Tatsächlicher Preis war 17,20€. 15% Aufschlag ist nicht zu akzeptieren. Bin dafür die Zuschläge mit einzuberechnen, weil es das Preisbild verzerrt.

Nous avons passé 9 jours dans ce camping vraiment très agréable, nous avons apprécié le calme et le cadre ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel.
