Rioollucht in sanitair. Op WC/Douche voor gehandicapten geen afsluit mogelijkheid bij gebruik. Winkel leeg.

We zijn hier maar 1 nacht gebleven. Het sanitair is dringend aan vernieuwing toe. In het nieuwe gedeelte was er alleen ijskoud water in de douche, in het oude gedeelte was echt smoezelig. De camping is niet goed onderhouden, overal onkruid en veel wat lijkt op verlaten oude caravans. De camping heeft echt een opknapbeurt nodig. Het is wel de enige camping in de buurt om Lagos te bezoeken. Voor meer als een nacht zou ik het niet aanraden.

Camping ligt goed om zowel links als rechts de Algarve te bezoeken. Het is circa 1.5 kilometer naar het strand, maar wel over een relatief smalle weg met redelijk wat verkeer. Grote gedeeltes van het wegdek op de camping zijn vernieuwd. Dit gebeurde helaas wel tijdens ons verblijf, dus nogal wat lawaai 's morgens vroeg. Verder goede en rustige camping.

We waren voor het eerst in Portugal en stonden hier 3 weken. Is ons prima bevallen. We stonden in het "Hollandse gedeelte" zo genoemd omdat hier veel overwinteraars staan. In onze periode slechts een tiental rondreizers. Camping vlak bij strand maar geheel omhekt en dit maakt het goed veilig. Naar het strand dan via de hoofdingang en dat is dan een paar honderd meter lopen. Naar de super op 800 mtr. Leuke plaats en mooie boulevard. Wifi in het Hollands eetcafe aan de boulevard. Receptie is een beetje traag.We hadden het hier uitstekend naar de zin!
