Kleine camping. Eigenaren waren er niet. Vervangers redelijk goed. WIFI gratis. Tomar en Fatima leuke toeristische uitstapjes. Wandelroutes in de omgeving. Er zijn leukere boerencampings.

Wij (2 volwassenen 28 en 25 jaar met 1 kindje van 1 jaar) zijn aangenaam verrast geweest van deze camping. Wij zijn er geweest van 9 tot 29 juli 2011. Ontzettend vriendelijk onthaal en uitbaters! Een rustige camping geschikt voor kinderen die zich kunnen bezig houden, er is geen kinderanimatie voorzien, speelpleintje is er niet (enkel een kleine schommel en een zwembad). Wij genoten vooral van de rust en de echte Portugese niet-overtoeristische sfeer van de camping! Voor de mensen die opzoek zijn naar mega-campings met dagelijkse optredens moet je hier zeker niet zijn, zij die opzoek zijn naar rust gezelligheid en vooral familiair onthaal is deze camping uiterst geschikt! Wij zijn zeker geneigd om terug te keren naar deze plaats. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf! De camping ligt dicht bij de belangrijkste bezoeksteden (bv 20" van Tomar, 1u45 van Lisboa) Kleine gezellige camping dus voor diegene die het echte Portugal willen ontdekken!

Deze rustige intieme camping is een eldorado voor mensen die willen schilderen en tekenen, lezen af en toe een baantje zwemmen.
De eigenaars staan garant voor vriendelijkheid en zorgzaamheid en perfecte hygiëne.
Een wijntje in het prieel...geweldig!
Er staat ook een grappig geschilderde caravan op het terrein! Met ervoor een kunstminnende Kabouter en partner!! Echt een camping waar je rust vindt en toch ook aanspraak.
Omgeving nodigt uit tot wandelen en zwemmen in de Zezere, een opgestuwde rivier.
Nada massatoerisme! Portugees zoals het altijd is, niet opgesmukt. Plaatselijk marktje, leuke kerkdorpjes etc.
Het gezellige Tomar vlakbij...wat wil je nog meer?
Ik kom er al vanaf 2003!

Een kleine camping voor rustzoekers. Mooie ruime plaatsen. Zeer gastvrij onthaal. Je krijgt hierdoor gelijk een soort 'thuisgevoel'. De eigenaren koken zelf een aantal dagen in de week een menu. door de intieme sfeer waarin deze wordt genuttigd is contact met mede-campeerder snel gelegd en komen gesprekken over van alles en nog wat op gang.
Veel plaatsen met een rijke cultuur in de directe omgeving.
Sanitair is wat verouderd, maar wordt uitstekend schoon gehouden.
Het zwembadje is klein, maar voor een camping van deze omvang voldoende om even lekker af te koelen.
Wij vonden ons verblijf van ruim een week hier (ondanks enkele dagen met wat regenachtig weer) hebben wij het hier zeer naar ons zin gehad.
Ten aanzien van de aanrijroute is een waarschuwing nog wel op zijn plaats. Als je je navigatiesysteem op het laatste stukje volgt, wordt je door een labyrint van smalle straatjes met muurtjes aan weerzijde gestuurd. Let dus op het verwijsbord (in de bocht) als je net het dorp uitrijdt

Niet al te grote camping in een mooie omgeving. Heel behulpzame eigenaren. Het plaatsje Ferreira is best aardig en ligt in een omgeving waar veel te zien is. Bewegwijzering vanaf Vila de Rei zou beter kunnen.
