Goede camping in de winter. Grote plaatsen.
Modderig wanneer het regent. Dan moet je geulen graven.
Er wordt voor de overwinteraars van alles georganiseerd: Spaanse les, restaurantbezoek, concerten, uitstapjes naar bijv. natuurgebied Coto Donana.
Het prachtige strand is vlakbij. In het naburige Isla Cristina zijn diverse supermarkten. De vogelrijkdom op camping Giralda is geweldig: blauwe ekster, hop, groene specht. In de buurt van de camping honderden ooievaars, flamingo's, lepelaars enz.
Een eldorado voor vogelaars.

Too many seemingly abandoned vans litter the site. And wiht so many perminant pictches is has a shanty town feel to the place. Showers dated and not very clean, we never used them. The actual town is not very nice.

Dans la période que nous sommes passés (1er quinzaine), pas de restauration ni le bar, Le bar pour les adeptes du net.

Wij komen hier al verschillende jaren achter elkaar in het voorseizoen van half februari tot half april.
Hebben het hier altijd erg naar ons zin.
Zien dan ook vaak dezelfde mensen die wij inmiddels ook goed kennen.
Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
De af gelopen jaren was er steeds Spaanse les wanneer wij aankwamen. Je kon dan gelijk meedoen tegen een kleine vergoeding van de kopiën van de Spaanse les. Er zaten hier ook uitjes aanvast over de Spaanse gewoontes, de haven en de visvangst.
Ook was er gelegenheid om van schelpen mooie dingen te maken ook dat was kosteloos alleen zelf voor lijm zorgen en gezeligheid.
Wet personeel probeerde zelfs Nederlands te spreken
Wij komen dan ook in 2011 weer terug.

Wij waren hier van 21 tot 24 oktober 2010 met prachtig droog en zonnig weer en hebben genoten van het strand zo dichtbij. Het sanitair is gedateerd en de douches zijn niet warm genoeg, maakt niet uit op welk tijdstip van de dag. Voor zo'n grote camping zijn er eigenlijk te weinig sanitairgebouwen. In een nat jaargetijde moet je er er waarschijnlijk niet zijn, de geulen van spoelwater waren op vele standplaatsen nog duidelijk zichtbaar, navraag leerde dat het al in tijden niet geregent had (??) Wifi valt regelmatig uit volgens de vele overwinteraars, ook tijdens ons gebruik.
