Hebben deze camping bezocht om ons te orienteren op een langer verblijf. Het personeel was zeer onvriendelijk. We moesten per persoon betalen om even over de camping te wandelen. Dit bedrag zou later van de rekening van het (slechte) restaurant worden afgetrokken. De bewaking van de camping deed ons eigenlijk al terugschrikken van een verder bezoek, zo extreem onvriendelijk. Nee, dit zal nooit onze camping worden.

Mooi aangelegde camping met veel extra's zoals een dierenparkje.
Een wandeling over deze parkachtige camping is dan ook zeer de moeite waard.
Een wandeling in de omgeving van de camping is minder aantrekkelijk, door de smalle drukke wegen zonder looppaden. Een aantal kampeerplekken op de terassen zijn erg ondiep, waardoor de scheerlijnen van de voortent bijna in het rijpad komen te staan.

Camping Villanova is een prima camping om vandaar uit Barcelona te bezoeken. De bus vertrekt vanaf de camping, daarna met de trein naar Barcelona. Sanitair is uitstekend. Wifi internet zou beter kunnen door middel van het plaatsen van steunzenders, ontvangst was nu zeer matig.

Uit de kraan komt zout water en dar ruikt niet altijd fris.
Fraai aangelegd en relatief rustig park. Echter van de 1100 plaatsen staan er 10 stacaravans/bungalows dichtbij een drukke N weg.
Het binnenzwembad, het wellnesscentre (sauna, stoombad, fitness, bubbelbad) bevielen ons goed. Badmuts is verplicht.
Kinderen hebben zonder volwassenen geen toegang. De sauna met badkleding is alleen voor mensen boven de 16 toegangkelijk. Zout water, ook de douche is zout.

de 2 Buitenzwembaden is met toezicht.

De kwaliteit van het restaurant is voor die prijs middelmatig. (vette Paella; E 11,-)
De supermarkt heeft een breed assortiment. 's ochtends diverse soorten verse stokbroden, broodjes en croissants verkrijgbaar.
In een apart kiosk/shop zijn vanaf ongeveer 09:30 uur nederlandse kranten beschikbaar.

Behalve het strand is in de directe omgeving niet echt iets te beleven.

Een prima camping met goede verbinding openbaar vervoer. Maar er is wel een groot probleem op de camping n.l. heel veel wilde katten, daar zou de camping iets aan moeten doen.
