Prachtig gelegen camping met uitzicht op de Thuner See en toegang tot de schitterende bergwereld van het Berner Oberland. De leiding van de camping is in handen van vriendelijke behulpzame mensen - eten en drinken is vlak bij de camping te koop en alle mooie plaatsen in dit gebied zijn gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Kortom, een prachtige plek om de vakantie door te brengen en van de prachtige bergwereld en meren te genieten.

We werden met open armen ontvangen na weggestuurd te zijn van de camping in Boningen omdat we met chegues wilden kamperen.
Het uitzicht vanaf Stuhlegg is grandioos.

Half september 2009 deze camping bezocht. We hebben er 3 nachten gestaan. Werden door de eigenaar netjes en correct ontvangen. We konden kiezen uit meerdere plaatsen om te gaan staan. Zwembad werd niet gebruikt door de aanwezige gasten. Wat opviel was dat de tax drie maal zo hoog was als een camping 35 kilometer verder op. Zo kom je toch weer boven het ACSI-tarief uit.

Een bijzonder mooi gelegen camping in een prachtige omgeving. Vanaf de camping kun je mooie wandeltochten maken en in de directe omgeving is veel moois te zien en te doen. Tot laat in de avond nog zon op je plekje.

Wij hadden deze camping uitgezocht via de ACSI-site, omdat deze camping er op hun site erg mooi uitzag. Na melding op de receptie, werd onmiddelijk door de eigenaresse (naar ik aanneem) op zeer bitse wijze gevraagd: "Zeker ACSI-card?" en zij beende zonder verder iets te zeggen voor ons uit het terrein op en wees als eerste een plek onder een notenboom aan, maar dat leek mij gezien het vallen van de noten op de caravan niet zo'n geschikte plaats, wat ik haar zei. Toen liep ze zonder verder iets te zeggen naar achteren op het terrein en wees een klein plekje aan tussen alle andere caravans, zonder verder uitzicht en verder was er géén plek. We konden hier uit kiezen, verder was er geen plaats en liep zij weer weg. Toen wij hierna bij de receptie wilden melden dat wij van deze plaats geen gebruik wilden maken, kwam, naar ik aanneem de eigenaar, zeer boos naar ons toe en snouwde ons toe dat wij dan maar verder moesten gaan zoeken bij een andere camping.
