Bernsteinreiter Barth is a few kilometres outside the lovely fortified town of Barth. It is a large riding school where they offer numerous activities related to horse riding. You can spend the night on the terrace-like campsite, from where you have panoramic views of the surrounding area. At this campsite, you will mainly find families with children and then of course mainly people who are passionate about horse riding. Furthermore, this campsite is a few kilometres from the Baltic Sea and close to a lake.

Camping with a lovely view of the surrounding area

There are dozens of tourist camping pitches on the well-maintained campsite section. The pitches are generally spacious in size. You can also spend the night in a hikers' cabin or in a hostel on the site at Bernsteinreiter Barth.

Delicious dining in Hofküche & Hofcafé Barth

Hofküche & Hofcafé Barth is right next to the campsite. This restaurant mainly serves regional dishes. The handy thing is that you can also get a tasty breakfast or delicious lunch here. The campsite also has a small shop where you can buy the most basic necessities. The closest large supermarket is in Barth, less than a 10-minute drive from the campsite.

Valhalla for horse riding enthusiasts

Bernsteinreiter Barth is a place where horse riding enthusiasts will feel right at home. Numerous activities are organised whereby you take lovely group horse rides on a horse or pony. In any case, there are daily horse riding lessons for riders of every level.
