On arrival we were told showers were extra now as costs had risen. On departure we were told electricity was extra and we should be grateful we were given the ACSI discount. Only a small amount was included which was not explained on arrival and that they could charge whatever they wished for it. A high amount for 2 nights when all it did was power the fridge as the voltage was too low to run anything else is a rip off. The owner would not let us leave unless we paid. The chemical emptying point had not been cleaned all season and was a disgrace.
