For the life of me, I can’t understand the previous review. We are on our 4th night here, and while it is true that the pitches are quite close together, an ACSI rate for a site right on the banks of the Danube, with fast, free wifi, is an absolute bargain. The absurd verboten” comment, (probably the only German word the reviewer knows), makes it sound like a prison camp, which it certainly is not. It has downsides of course - it could definitely benefit from more showers, especially when the site’s full, and a snack bar which stops serving food at 7.30 and closes at 8 is not very user-friendly. Other than that, we are very pleased with our stay here, and will definitely be returning.
