Wooded site with spacious pitches
After arriving on the campsite, sign in at reception and drive a little way across a wooded area before arriving at the open camping fields. On this green site, you choose your own spot. Besides large camping pitches, there are a number of well-maintained accommodations for rent. For example, modern mobile homes and hiker's huts. You can also book a place to sleep at the hostel.
Excellent holiday address for sports lovers
There are lots of things to do on and around the campsite, particularly sports related. Children can have fun in the playground, while tennis enthusiasts can hit a ball at Frederiksværk Tennisklub, next to the campsite. There is also a canoe and kayak rental company next to the campsite. And the nice thing is that your rented boat sails across the Frederiksværk Canal straight into the welcoming city centre. Got the hang of it? Then feel free to sail on a bit more. Because the canal continues through a forest and ends in Lake Arresø. Going in the opposite direction takes you on a lovely trip to Roskildefjord.
