Nice site with spotlessly clean individual toilet/shower rooms. Fantastic pool open in October was a bonus, though a bit chilly. Not a great area for dogs. We walked up the rocky path the first day, but the amount of dog mess left behind stopped us from returning. Dogs can only go on the bus in a suitable carrier which isn’t really feasible for dogs over 10kg so we walked to Caceres with the dogs along the cycle path, but its too far when it is hot. The new cycle path is great although not quite

Stayed here for the second time, friendly helpful staff, private shower rooms on pitch, bus into city outside gate, food good, we will definitely be back.

We stay here every time we visit Spain, we love this site. The pitches are a very good size and we love that you get a table and chair set, so no messing with getting ours out. We also love the fact that you get your own shower room with toilet on your pitch, no queuing, unless the wife gets in first lol. A decent shop on site and a good restaurant. Petrol station on the way in/out. Bus stop just outside the site, or a quick trip over the bridge to the other side of the road.

Fantastic site great location close to motorway for the route to or from Santander ferries. The facilities are top notch with individual toilet / wet room for each pitch, I even had a sun shade canopy over mine too! it’s been said by others, a great site superb faculties friendly staff. UK sites could learn a lot from following their example. Oh the city is well worth going into too. would definitely recommend and would return if ever coming this way again. Dog friendly.
