Camping Picos de EuropaCat.2

I stayed here for 2 nights in early Oct 2023. The older pitches have trees for shade but can be small. The newer pitches are in the open, but the grass was in very good condition with no mud anywhere. All new facilities in all of the blocks & all very good & very clean.... the best you can get, in my opinion. There is a new indoor swimming pool with a good aspect.. Busy park at the weekend because the weather was good, but the new grass pitches are big so not a problem. They seemed short staffed in the office, but no real engagement with guests. I would definitely return again.

Enjoyed our two night stay. Facilities excellent and loved the pool. Great walks directly from campsite. Good access to Covadonga.

Best fijne camping, met veel verschillende plaatsen, beschut, onbeschut, op groot terrein of enkele plek in het bos. Maar wees gewaarschuwd, de WIFI/internet is waardeloos. Af en toe goed en dan weer een kwartier lang helemaal niets. Lijkt een zeer onbetrouwbare verbinding. Bovendien verouderd, mij virusscanner waarschuwde voor allerlei onheil. Personeel deed hun best om ons te helpen, we kregen de code van hun eigen internet (in de bar) maar dat was niet veel beter. Misschien ligt het aan de omgeving en is de internetinfrastructuur zwak.
