Camping L’Arbre d’Or is situated amidst the forests of the Landes region between Biscarosse and Mimizan at a few km distance from the Atlantic Ocean. At a distance of 500 m you can find the lovely town centre of Parentis-en-Borne with its restaurants and shops. Most of the camping pitches on grass are shaded by large numbers of trees, but there are also some sunny pitches. On a separate section of the campsite are wooden chalets and luxury mobile homes. For water fun there are two heated swimming pools with toddler pool and jacuzzi.

Great location, pitches, bar and restaurant and very helpful and polite staff through the whole site. Nothing was too much trouble.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The amenities were clean and no queuing. The swimming pool was the icing on the cake for my early teenage kids. The trampoline and ping pong kept them entertained too. The location was perfect to access lots of other activities: seaside, water park and tree climbing.

fantastic campsite.. staff are lovely welcoming speak very good English. site very well located for lakes. pool is lovely and warm and well maintained. they have a fitness centre. love it here.

Low season so lots of space. Good showers. Restaurant closed but close to supermarkets and on excellent cycle paths

Reception was OK but would have been good to have a few details about the site when we arrived
