This neat campsite is located in the French Corrèze, near the picturesque village of Collonges-la-Rouge. Here you can enjoy peace and tranquillity, ancient medieval villages and beautiful nature. Campsite de Collognes-la-Rouge is small-scale and offers camping pitches shaded by trees. In addition to camping pitches, you can also opt for rental accommodations, such as mini-chalets and mobile homes. You can get all necessary provisions at the supermarket, and for a tasty snack you can go to the snack bar, which is open in July and August.

Quiet campsite with lots of greenery

When you arrive at Campsite de Collonges-la-Rouge, you will notice that the grounds look well maintained. The quiet campsite has a green appearance due to the many trees and lush vegetation. This affords you a cool camping spot in the shade. The 68 camping pitches are large and demarcated. If you come without your own camping equipment, you can opt for a mini-chalet, various mobile homes and an eco-lodge. Your four-legged friend is also welcome at this campsite.

Water recreation at the nearby swimming pool

Guests of Campsite de Collonges-la-Rouge can use the municipal outdoor swimming pool, which is close to the campsite, free of charge. Children can whiz down the slides, there is a paddling pool for the littlest ones, there are water games and you can relax in the sunbathing area around the pool.

Activities for young and old

In high season, there is a Kids Club for children between 4 and 12 years old, where activities are organised 1 or 2 times a week. They can also play in the playground. There is plenty for sports enthusiasts to do in the summer months as well, such as fitness and pilates classes and aquagym.

Travelling party: Couple

This site is a good position to walk to both Collonges La Rouges and Meyssac. To Collonges it is approx 25min walk but VERY steep a lot of the walk. The Super U is a good 25 min walk. Farmers Market on Tuesday in summer was good. Bad points, the site needed a lot of maintenance, grass on pitches was long. Some pitches were water logged in July! Toilets and showers especially were the worst we’d seen after travelling through France for 8 weeks.
