Lovely quiet site (we stayed in low season), perfect for a night or two. Good size pitches separated by hedges, and we were grateful for shade from the trees in 30 degree temperatures. We had a riverside pitch, although the view was partially obscured by bushes. Friendly welcome - it helps to be able to speak a little French. Nice clean facilities block, good hot showers, and it was great to have proper toilet seats! (Take your own loo roll, but I’m fine with that.) The best free Wi-Fi we’ve had on our entire trip! Small children’s playground and volleyball net. 10-15 minute walk into the lovely little town of Louhans, with its historic arcades, small shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants.
