Very disappointing. This campsite has poor service & quality it’s also expensive . Location near to Paris / Versailles good. No toilets /wash block working near our pitch. No water point for caravans. Staff seemed oblivious to needs of campers who do not have facilities as they do in motorhomes which dominate. Staff informed of toilet block issue and did nothing - no notices or apology. This block had a plank of wood blocking entry but no notice apologising for its closure and redirecting us . Been to several Hutopias this is not what we experienced at others. It must be worse for tent and trailer tent campers. Do not recommend it’s scruffy care worn and not well run. I’ve been camping every year for fourty years and this has been one of the worst experiences and the most expensive per night camping I’ve ever done.,

Found the campsite easy enough, despite the narrow roads, they are one way. Enough has been said about the uneven pitches, some additional blocks available at the site might help campers, but otherwise just get on with it. The staff in reception are very, very helpful with any questions and honestly could not compliment them enough. The pool is one depth so need to be careful with children. The showers are fine although there is little room or shelves to put your clothes or shampoo in the shower. The toilets are on the outsides of the buildings so could be cold in winter, but they always had loo paper and clean. Dishwasher facilities very good too.

Excellent, quality site. Facilities excellent and very clean. Staff super friendly and speak good English. location excellent for Versailles and Paris. Site next to a national forest park so great walking for our dog. Versailles as an area feels safe and welcoming. only drawback is the one way roads through residential area to get to site but roads are not that busy and passable.
