Camping Les Charmes is a small campsite in the Vendée, near the Lac d'Apremont. You'll camp here in the French countryside, twenty kilometres from the Atlantic Ocean. On the very spacious, sheltered touring pitches on the park-like grounds, you'll be able to completely unwind. Need some extra relaxation? Take a massage at the wellness centre.

Small and family friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.. The site was clean and tidy and had a good swimming pool, kids play area, bar and games. The owners were lovely and they really cared about our holiday. We’d definitely recommend and will return in the future.
We wished we could speak more French, however we managed on what little we do speak. The owners and family spoke good English.

Mobile nice, pool nice, play area nice, lovely area. Good bread.
Being regularly ignored at the bar in favour of french people took the gloss off a lovely little site.

It was absolutely fab! Lovely people and great community. Very clean and some delicious meals if you don't feel like cooking. The whole place is beautiful and very easy to access all the activities around the area, including white water rafting and canyoning in the Pyrenees. What a stay, would highly recommend :)
